Sexual Harassment Policy |

| Lake Region Residential Reentry Center (LRRRC) mandate a zero tolerance policy toward all forms of sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Policies dealing with sexual abuse and sexual harassment enforced by LRRRC shall be based on the PREA Standards. It is the intention of LRCF to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Every allegation of sexual abuse and sexual harassment shall be administratively investigated by the LRCF. Allegations that appear to involve criminal behavior, as determined by a preponderance of the evidence, shall be criminally investigated by the Devils Lake Police Department. These policies apply to inmates and staff. | ||||
| The LRRRC will accept third-party reports
of sexual abuse and sexual harassment of inmates. To report sexual abuse and sexual harassment on behalf of a resident of the LRRRC you may write or call the Director, Captain of Corrections, Lake Region Residential Reentry Center Operations Manager, or PREA Coordinator. |
